West Union 300K

This is a nice route that takes you through Cresco, Harmony and Preston before a stretch on the Root River Trail through Lanesboro and Rushford. The run on the Root River Trail is a nice respite between the climbing before Preston and after Lanesboro. The control in Preston is the grocery store (Preston Foods) but there’s a nice little sandwich shop nearby (The Sweet Stop) that does made to order sandwiches and is a good alternate. Either may be used as the intermediate control.
